    Absolutely great and I would imagine stunning in the Summertime.
    The location was superb. It was very quiet and just what we wanted for the Christmas break. We stay in Cornwall twice a year and have for the last 15 years but this was our first stay here and it did not disappoint. The only thing that I would mention is that the lanes are very narrow around this property so you have to drive cautiously. This fact is also highlighted in the comprehensive pack that the owner provides for this and the others properties he rents out. There is everything you could possibly imagine in this guide to help you about the property and surrounding area. We found this very helpful.

    Not really a moan just some advice for the owner. The kitchen was missing a baking tray but we made do by using the grill tray.

    Amazing views and walks with the dog.
    The location was excellent and the land associated with it. The cottage was very snug and everything we needed was there. It was beautiful to walk out in the morning and hear the birds and stream running you couldnt ask for any more and the owners were very hospitable some where we will definitely be visiting agin in the near future.
    We loved everything about this property and its location.

    We did not pick up that the booking and administration charge was almost as much as the acommodation charge until after the payment had been processed. We contemplated cancelling but were then worried that getting the refund might take longer than expected so we went ahead with our visit to avoid a problem. Everything else was exactly as promised.

    A relaxing and comfortable stay.
    We loved the property! It was cosy, clean and very comfortable. We could have stayed longer. Its quiet, which is what we wanted, but within easy distance to the coast. We had a really relaxing time ! Thank you Rupert.
    Only one little niggle! I really like it to be completely dark at night but we had an outside light that shone into the property around the curtains during the night.

    The cottage had everything we needed and was super cosy. Plenty big enough for us as a couple and our dog.
    The single track roads but wasnt a problem and part and parcel of staying in such a beautiful peaceful location.
