    The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were a good size & lovely & clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Have a great stay & would definitely recommend.
    A little fridge in the rooms would be good, although there is one on the landing for you to share with the other guests

    Well run hotel, spotlessly clean and comfortable
    Very impressed with this hotel, obviously managed with care. Good looking property, clean and comfortable room, quiet. Good communications from host. The best I've stayed in Brighton within this price range.

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the additional kitchen facilities e.g. coffee machine, and the additional room provisions e.g. the iron and dressing gown.
