Clean, very efficient, convenient for La Rochelle exactly what we needed. Booked via the Booking.com app at 15.00 hrs, checked in at 18.30, took no more than 5 minutes, very nice and efficient staff. So convenient.

Did the job for a one night stay

The room was small but clean. Beds comfortable & bathroom more than adequate. Female staff member in duty in the early evening of 15 July was helpful and pleasant. Taxi ordered for us in the morning and this came in the time promised.

The staff member on duty made quite a fuss about storing our bags until the check in time. Located outside the main attractions of La Rochelle. No immediately evident restaurant in the vicinity for evening dining. Best suited to those with own transport.

Disappointed based on lack of bicycle storage

Pleasant staff clean room

Nowhere to safely store bicycles overnight, staff could not help, so could not recommend to other cyclists to stay there - very disappointed based on all the hotels we have stayed have always gone out of their way to store our bicycles

Very good

A good hotel for travellers, comfortable and good helpful staff.

We booked a double ensuite room for one night. Room and shower room both good standard and comfortable. We were surprised that the hotel restaurant does not open at the weekend. But the member of staff on duty was very helpful and set up a table in the bar for us to eat a 'picnic' of bread/cheese/fruit. We were grateful for his kindness. Good location for travellers as hotel is near to the main route west.

We were happy.
