Exceptional

Its a Campanile but without tea/coffee in the rooms.

Easy to find with ample free car parking. The staff are lovely and we were welcomed with a beaming smile from Cedric, who was assisted by Paula, and Toni was great in the restaurant. They all spoke very good English. Everything was as you would expect from a Campanile, clean, comfortable, well appointed, however we were a little disappointed to find this was the first Campanile we have visited without tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

Disappointing

Passable. Did not live up to expectations.

Room clean, air conditioning effective and breakfast good.

Staff were efficient but rather brusque. The hotel is situated in a remote, dismal and poorly-signposted location. The restaurant was closed on both nights I stayed (despite the hotel having sent me an email prior to my arrival inviting me to reserve a table). No dining options were available nearby, nor were staff prepared to give me directions to any alternative facilities. The wi-fi in the room was intermittent and unreliable. No soundproofing against nearby motorway noise. The staff seemed under pressure and the hotel could benefit from an upgrading/face-lift.
