    Quite hard to find, and clear directions to the underground car park would have been helpful.

    Really rude receptionist - compact but clean room
    Location was very central although this made accessing by car and parking difficult as the streets are very narrow and quite a complex one way system. Room was compact but clean.
    The (male) reception staff member upon arrival was plain rude. We had a long drive and arrived quite late in the evening, I (female) went in initially to enquire where was best to park and he was incredibly condescending and spoke to me like I was stupid, he was sarcastic and overtly rude. Went back in with my (male) partner after getting purse out the car and he was like a different person, friendly and more personable. Such a difference when I had my partner with me which made it even more obvious how rude he had been to me when I was on my own.
