    It was nice having a pool there something to do, location is nice.
    The room was okay. The bathroom didnt feel clean and had to get rid of a few huntsmans in the bedroom on my daughters bed. Also my white towel had orange stains on them on the first nights stay

    The location was excellent, and quiet, but the comfort of the beds & poor water pressure let it down
    The pool was really nice, just needs a clock in there so you can watch the time from the pool.
    The beds were really hard & uncomfortable. Also the water pressure in the shower was pathetic.

    love the indoor pool and cane lounge so comfortable
    Definitely indoor heated swimming pool.. with melbourne weather hard to predict so indoor pool is awesome. love it will be back !

    Exceptional for families and large groups
    Loved the indoor gym and pool and especially the pool depth and spa. Parking was great, the little verandahs on each room are great to relax and feel closer to nature. Laundry service on-site Great cleaning service and prompt housekeeping, great for families with kids who want to swim all the time.
    The beds could be more comfortable Quite springy. Possums came really close to us, so it was hard to sit outside for as long as I wouldve liked. No washer and dryer in the family rooms.

    Staff go above and beyond, was locked out - they were prompt to open at 10.30pm Customer service was great! Irene knew I was already booked for next day and managed to get me and the kids checked in early. Thank you Irene!
    Nothing the hotel could help lol there were spiders and possums were quite aggressive at night when chilling outside room.

    Convenient accommodation for short stays.
    Room was standard but okay. Good location and nicely maintained surroundings. Reception staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
    Didnt like the highly scented smell that was present in the room. Management should be aware of many people who have asthma and are sensitive to perfumes - it was very overbearing and uncomfortable. Shower base worn and a little dirty looking.
