Comfortable overnight stay

We only wanted a room to sleep for the night and the room was large, bed was large and comfy and shower was good so met all expectations

Good enough hotel and rooms with some quirks/concerns

Hotel amenities outside the room are good, like pool table, games, bar etc. The bed and room size are good too.

Room #12 on 29th dec - The bathroom sink tap end is very close to the sink, barely any space to put your hands under it to wash. No microwave in the bedroom. The bathroom door wasn't closing ( like the latch did not hold) Most critical issue, they took $100 as deposit and said it will be reverted in seven days if everything was okay. I can understand that, however I feel it could take 7 days to process the payment, but you should immediately revert to the customer if things were okay or not and that the process is initiated ( or details of any mishaps and deductions). Keeping the customer waiting for 7 days for info too is not good (writing this review on my 5th day of waiting)

New Years mornington stay

Comfortable bed, fridge had good stock, easy checkin and out, making of the beds.

Pokies downstairs didn't suit the standard of the hotel rooms. Opening hours for bar and restaurant could have been earlier in the morning and later in the evening. Understand that this may cause noise pollution and may not have customers at these hours.
