Friendly staffs Clean and beautiful exterior and interior Amazing garden Limited rooms so overall quiet Fantastic food (with fresh veggies picked straightly from their garden)

The hot water for showers does not last long. You need to take your showers really quick and also cannot use in a row after your partner finishes etc. I experienced this last time as well and is something I wish they can improve since hot water is quite crucial in cold places like Nuwara Eliya. The heating machine in our room did not work well, it did not heat much so I felt cold during the night. I booked three rooms and two other rooms seemed to be fine though.
