Superb

Awesome place to stay

The staff is SUPER friendly, they upgraded our suite for free. They have lockers to leave you luggage before checking out if you have a late flight. The wifi is SUPER fast and the bathrooms are super big, cozy and the shower is great. Its 50 meters from plaa catalunya so you can take the Aerobus from and to the airport super easily without walking much even if you have baggage.

Its a bit pricey for a 3 star hotel but you pay for the location

Reservation was canceled the day of my arrival!

Stuff was really nice.

My reservation was canceled because I couldnt access the link they sent me and I was on the plane. When I arrived still wasnt able to access the link I was sent for payment even though I provided my full credit card information at the time of booking. Ended up paying extra 800.00 euros for my stay. Wasnt able to go anywhere else because that week there were several conferences in Barcelona. Very disappointed and distressed that hotel canceled my reservation the day I arrived! This is unacceptable!

We had a great time and we will go back.

The location was amazing with access to trains ,bus, aero bus to airport. The staff was outstanding, thank you to Andoni, Alexa, and Clora for all their help. La Rambla and Gothic area right there with great shopping.

A convenient place to stay in the center of Barcelona.

The location is excellent, right in the center of town, and the ability to park in a garage across the street very handy. The standard double room was small but quite clean, fine for one night. Internet worked fine. Staff was helpful.

The double bed was a bit small for someone with long legs, so next time we will pay a bit extra for a slightly larger room and bed.

8 day Vacation in Barcelona

The STAFF was very kind and helpful!!!! From the first day we felt like at home. It was very clean and we recieved free coffee every day. The bed was very comfortable, the room was warm (we came here on winter). Location is very good, in the center(its by pillow). TV was good as well, we had ironing board which was very helpful. We had everything to feel comfortable!!!
