    Great facilities but far from Cambridge.
    The Spa and pool facilities are very good, and we were pleased to have a suit where our little one was able to have her own space while we could have our own, too without the need to book another separate room. The bathroom with the jacuzzi bath was also a nice touch and the whole suite was very spacious. The breakfast was very rich with a big variety and good quality food and the staff around the breakfast were very kind and welcoming, too.
    Unfortunately both of our windows were looking at the courtyard and there was a Christmas party in place where the people were quite loud when they got out to have a smoke. Also its quite far (25 minutes by car/one trip) from Cambridge so we ended up not going into the town which was originally our goal.

    Very clean and comfortable hotel - good place for an overnight stay.
    Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Lovely scent in the corridors. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
    There was a much reduced menu for dinner, which had not been mentioned when I phoned in advance to book a table. The staff were working extremely hard in the restaurant, but there should have been more staff, as many elderly people on a group trip waited a long time for their food to be served.

    Heating didnt work in room, reception didnt answer the phone at night. Hot water stopped in spa and gym showers. No apologies. Staff rude.

    Modern clean tidy nice would stay again
    Staff happy, clean, tidy relaxing
    On the last night went to have a meal in the bar/restaurant wanted to order drinks and food. But was told we couldnt have any as till computer had gone down we waited but the girl wasnt helpful with us as noticed she was serving bottles to others. We walk out reported to the receptionist then went to local pub. At no time did anyone apologise. This is the only thing that let the hotel down.

    Enjoyable, comfortable, good value
    The staff were excellent, especially reception, bar staff and breakfast staff who were friendly and helpful. I loved my room.
    I was told there would be chocolates in the room but they were not there - I had paid extra for this. Also my son forgot his toothbrush and there were none available to purchase. Most hotels keep stocks.
