    Not a 4 star hotel.
    Location and cleanliness
    The breakfast costs 10 euro when we paid more than 100 euro for the room. Most hotel offer breakfast. And the gym is advertised but didnt say for 5 euro.

    Perfect location for station and town centre. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety and coffee made freshly if you want.
    Not possible to control the temperature in the room - I found it too hot. And the 'large' bed was ridiculously large - I would have preferred a more normal bed and another chair/desk/surface.

    Beautiful hotel but dont book there if you want air conditioning that you can control.
    Very clean, updated facilities in a great location close to the train station at a reasonable price. Nice breakfast.
    At check-in we were told breakfast would cost extra even though we had booked breakfast included. That mistake was quickly corrected. But later, I tried adjusting the A/C in our room, to no avail. After complaining to the receptionist she said she would check and turn it on. Magically, a Celcius temperature read-out appeared on the wall read-out in our room, that I adjusted at 23 degrees. Forward to bed-time, around 23:00: the room seemed to be warming up again and the temperature read-out had disappeared. Thinking nothing of it, we went to bed. Around 3:40 I woke up sweltering and called up the night receptionist, Anthony, who told me the system was turned off in October because of Winter and that there was nothing he could do. I dressed, went downstairs and confronted Anthony, telling him that the system had been working fine the previous day. He just wouldnt listen, constantly interrupting, not letting me finish a single sentence. Finally he asked What temperature do you like, 22 degrees? Getting back to the room, voil, suddenly the A/C was cranking again at full tilt! Also, the next day as we were walking past the receptionist, she was in a screaming match with another employee, though they didnt notice our presence. It was quite embarrassing. Finally, the shower is not designed well: it is placed so that water sprays well past the glass screen if you leave it hooked to the vertical bar (see image.)

    Excellent stay.
    This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is very conveniently situated near the railway station .In addition, the staff are not only very friendly and helpful but also speak fluent English .The breakfast buffet is abundant and varied.On my next visit to Coriano Ridge Cemetery I will certainly go back to ,Hotel Card.
    The only thing that I could fault them with is not having a wider assortment of snacks such as peanuts etc to accompany a cold beer after a long day of walking around otherwise perfect.

    Everything, the room with balcony, great bed, shower and space. Right in front of the train station straight up block an half. Nearby pharmacy, tabacchi were you buy the bus ticket to San Marino
