It was wonderful! Definitely will stay at Caribe on our next visit to Orlando.

Everything was perfect! The staff extremely helpful and courteous. Beautiful holiday decor. Facility was clean and the room was perfect for five of us.

The business center location and hours. I expected it to be more accessible.

Property had everything we needed. The restaurants and amenities were excellent. All staff were exceptional. Rooms were updated, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Love dog friendly! Dogs make everyone smile.

Check in could have been quicker at 8pm. Additional daily parking fee seemed unreasonable. It is a very busy property and trash cans outside towers were always overflowing. Trash needs to be emptied more frequently.

the bedroom was great size. The living area with the pull out sofa bed was perfect for the two children.

The bathroom was just a little bit small. The door opened into the tight space.

Additional cost for parking

Parking costs you $30 additional per night, and breakfast is not included. Just next to this hotel, you can find more affordable and not so different hotel without paying extra for parking and breakfast.

Good location but traffic is terrible and cost of parking at hotel ridiculous.

Location to Disney Parks is good. Room was adequate.

Charge for self parking in hotel parking lot of $29.00 / day + tax = $154.45 is ridiculous, it's just a normal parking lot. Traffic in area and road in front of hotel is terrible and nearly a standstill at all times. Restaurants on site extremely expensive. No good eating options unless you drive and the traffic makes this horrible. Booked a King Suite but told at desk due to occupancy needed to change to a two queen instead. Pet friendly hotel and barking dogs in rooms all night. There are better options off Disney (Flamingo Crossing area) that are much nicer and a better value. Overall was disappointed and this property did not meet our expectations vs. what we paid. Will not return.

Nice room but bad shuttle service.

Room is very comfy

Water pipe is noisy. Shuttle to Disney is a nightmare, all full during my stay and time slot is not convenient. Suggest not to book this hotel if you plan to go Disney during peak season. Staff who handle my check-in was poor and not very helpful.
