This hotel was superb and soo relaxing. Cleaning was amazing everyday. Location is close to everything

The parking really needs to be extended as it becomes a nightmare if you are going out for a while come back and have to stress about finding parking sometimes 10 min walk away or more.

Very good hotel at a good price, value for money

Location is very good, close to restaurants, cafe, supermarket. And more over very clean hotel

Parking can be an issue, its on street side, we got it luckily, since it was holiday period, not sure with other days. Otherwise no complaint, all good

Great apart from the restaurant and bar - which is a shame.

rooms were clean and comfortable

Bar staff did not know how to make drinks. Waited 30 minutes to get a drink as staff did not know how to make it and had to wait for someone else to be free to make it. I had already eaten my meal before the drink finally came out at which time I was over it. Also heard bar staff telling a customer that it wasn't happy hour when it was clearly advertised on billboard outside the bar.
