Very friendly and helpful staff - welcoming and smiling at the 24 hours reception. Fantastic location within walking distance to shops, food places, car rentals and the airport. Provides a free shuttle on demand. Very comfortable beds inclusive of a choice of pillows. Room service available but also a bar and restaurant on the ground floor.

The free toiletries provided may be a bit too strongly scented for some people. I personally liked it but my friend did not.

This will be my go to place to stay in Christchurch.

Brilliant location for airport arrivals and departures. Easy walk to the airport and also a shuttle for those of us older, disabled or just tired. Wonderfully comfortable beds, clean room, lovely staff, and a small but delicious room service menu. I will definitely stay here again.

I do wish hotels still had mini bars with snacks. Never mind tis no longer the norm and I did love everything else about Sudima.

Airport transfer was extremely convenient (24hr), driver was kind. Convenient location - close to countdown, eateries. Definitely my choice to transit when travelling overseas and back.
