    clean room quiet and close to town , very friendly host
    it was clean and co,fprtable beds and c;ose to the town
    the self catering breakfasr is a nice idea but the butter and jam and choice of cereal and bread was extremely poor . a make it amicrowave a tub of butter 2 pots of jam and a loaf of brown n white bread would be ideal

    Lovely homebase for a Killarney visit.
    Beautiful big room with very comfortable beds. Mary was really lovely and very helpful with tourism information. We were grateful to meet her lovely dogs too. Great recycling in the kitchen. Very close to a supermarket.

    quiet, clean, not far from the center, supermarket and pharmacy right in front

    If you are looking for an inexpensive, no frills option with a great location, this is a good option
    The host was lovely and very kind and the location was excellent. The price was inexpensive compared to other B&B's
    The B&B, in my opinion was not as nice as some of the B&B's I've stayed at in the US & others in Ireland but the price was inexpensive compared to other B&B's. I guess that is the trade off. The beds were ok in terms of comfort but the pillows were not comfortable, they were stiff and hard. The room and bathrooms were very clean but there was no room turn down or cleaning on a daily basis like I have had with other B&B's. As for breakfast, there was coffee, tea, milk, bread and eggs provided with a toaster & egg cooker but not what one would expect for a Bed & Breakfast (in my humble opinion and experience).

    Mary was the best host, catered to all our needs and the house and room was excellent
    The location is excellent, the room was excellent and Mary the owner was amazing, friendly and catered to all our needs. Will definitly be coming back again.
