    Best pizza restaurant directly outside side door. Bar directly to left of side door
    Noise intolerable. Did not sleep. Room cramped, cot uncomfortable. Towels for only 2 people. Pompeii advertised 49 euro pp with guide. Driver 280 euro guide 180 euro. Very difficult to find hotel. Very expensive, stay at the promenade instead.

    Idyllic retreat in the heart of bustling Naples
    The property location was convenient to everywhere and everything. Rooms were spacious, very well designed and the bathroom was perfection. All amenities were in as new condition with good lighting and a room layout. Easy access to restaurants and the local cafes.
    There was a flight of stairs at the entrance which prove a challenge with large suitcases.

    Pleasant.
    The staff is nice. The place is centrally located, across from Galleria Umberto and easily walkable to Toledo station. The room we were given as a triple room was tight for three. It had a king bed and single bed at the foot of it with just barely walkable space around. The cost was high for off-season given the size of the room and amenities (with no breakfast included).
    Lack of value. Size of room and what was offered and charged as triple room.

    stylish modern hotel with sitting out balcony. clean, tidy and nice staff.
    location is excellent. centre of the area. Room size is good enough for a family. Breakfast is variety and fresh made coffee.
    better to not using sofa bed as the mattress is not really comfortable.

    Very, very disappointing.
    Big rooms with 2 queen beds. GF items available for breakfast.
    We booked the Wellness Suite specifically for the hot tub. When we arrived after a very long train journey, the Water tap was stuck on very hot for the 2 days we were there. The only way we could use the tub was to fill it with hot water and leave it for 3 hours to sufficiently cool down. After using the tub, it left a thick brown scum all around the sides. When I reported this to hotel staff, the reply was it must be the water!! (A technician eventually turned up at 6pm on our final evening expecting to be allowed into the room to repair the hot tub while we were showering and getting ready for the evening) Upon arrival, I booked an airport transfer. When I double-checked the following day, I discovered that reception had forgotten to book the transfer. (This was eventually offered for nothing by way of apology) Finally, I would recommend better sound-proofing as loud street noise makes it impossible to sleep until about midnight.
