    Beautiful setting and views of Limas skyline.
    Staff are responsive and attentive to guests. Food was tasty and moderately priced. Hotel is nicely designed and grounds safely guarded.
    Too far from other entertainment areas. Shuttle busses and taxis should be readily available. Gym area needs to be updated and cleaned.

    OK, but not worth the price.
    The hotel staff was very friendly, and check and check out were fast and easy. The property was very clean, and the view from the room was fantastic.
    The bed was too small and not comfortable. The hot water in the shower kept coming and going, which meant you were either taking a shower in ice water or scalding hot water. The hotel itself felt outdated.

    Excellent stay!
    Great location for our purpose of visiting family in the near by area. Clean, comfortable room and facilities. The spa services are outstanding too. The personnel is gracious and responsive. Great breakfast buffet.
    We have only on complaint, for some strange reason, the hot water in the shower takes more than 10 to start flowing at certain times of the day.

    The breakfast was superb and the inn hotel spa was incredibly nice

    Would not stay here again!
    The staff was friendly, rooms were good
    Unfortunately the first room I got did not have a good internet connection (staff upgraded me), the hot water took forever to get hot, I ran outta body soap one day, realized when I was in the shower and rushed to get to the office, those in charge of cleaning and caring for the room should be checking these things, first 3 nights i was awaken at 5:30am, despite reporting it the first night this (auto alarm) wasnt shut off until my 4th night. Now the gym, 1 star plus there is no wifi there, wifi in common areas is also an area of improvement

    Used as a base to support my visit to peru I had a great experience.
    Good quality varied and hot ! The service was very good and I was never without a full coffee. The cold serve area was always properly chilled and hot food was properly hot not luke warm
    Very little for me to complain about. My use of hotels is wide and varied, this one is in the top 10. Its hard to complain about the hotel in any way related to my stay
