Nice location, beautiful backyard, house was old and dated.

Patio garden was beautiful, nice to sit out there in the morning with our coffee/breakfast. Location was easy to find and short distance from the city, nice 10 min walk out to the lookout cliffs.

Floors felt sticky, counters felt sticky. Old washing machine-rusted out, no dryer but plenty of clotheslines. Had to call for more toilet paper, only left us 2 rolls in each bathroom.

It was amazing, the facilities were lovely. The individuals who looked after the place and cleaned were so nice and even put on some washing for us. Will be coming back to this place, so beautiful and everything you need.

Very good

A lovely villa which needs some renovation

The staffs are very friendly and the location is great.

The villa is well maintained but really out dated. Appliances are mostly 70s.I think it will be great if they do some renovation. I haven't seen a curve door fridge since I was a kid.

Exceptional

Lovely villa set in beautiful gardens.

A lovely and cool villa set in beautiful gardens with a great pool. We sat outside and had a barbecue most nights. Comfy beds. Its a nice walk down to Praia de Porto Mos for a swim and sunset cocktails at the cafe there. There is a small but well stocked supermarket a couple of blocks away.

It is a bit of a hike into town but we had a car so could use that.

Superb

Excellent value, superb pool and gardens

Beautiful pool and amazing garden, the house is all on one level so access is really easy. Very comfortable beds, plentiful towels for pool and both bathrooms. Kitchen has an excellent fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine and is well equipped for an easy stay. Washing machine and laundry area are out the back in a courtyard. Parking is secure inside gates. The housekeeper and gardener are lovely and discreet, they visit 3 times per week so everything is kept clean and the flowers fill the house and garden. The sea and cliff side board walk is just at the end of the road so you can access the beach and see the sunsets. You need a car to get to restaurants and supermarkets. Lagos itself is very nice and buzzy. We also liked the marina area as parking is free and easy, there are restaurants there or you can walk over the foot bridge into the old town very easily. There is a new villa being built next door and when we arrived and saw the crane our hearts sank, but actually it was not a problem at all and it is a really quiet place for a peaceful sleep even with all the windows and doors open

It was so hot when we where there that a fan for the 3 bedrooms would have been perfect. We were provided with one big but really loud fan for the lounge. The housekeeper thoughtfully gave us sheets to replace our duvets which was a real help, I popped them in the freezer!
