The place is furnished in an adorable way.
The have loud loud music going from 6:30 pm to midnight. The construction of the hotel offers No abatement of sound. They also play music all day and you clearly hear it in your room.

Great location and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Milena was especially helpful. The restaurant alone is worth the trip.
    Nothing.

The location, the hotel and the amazing staff made it a beautiful unforgettable trip.
Very clean! Whatever we needed, staff made sure to help us. They were really amazing! We felt good being surrounded by a staff who is professional. They give chairs, umbrella, towels and water to take to the beach (packed in a way easy to carry).
Nothing. I will definitely come back for my next stay!

I stayed at Casa Faena for only one night of my 5 day vacation. I was looking forward to experience the hotel and the Faena District. The Hotel itself is a part of the "National Register of Historic Places", so it is definitely older and a bit dated in some ways, but that is part of the charm! I upgraded my room to a balcony suite (Room 20) and it was very large in size! Decorated with a comfortable, Mediterranean vibe. Bed was firm but not uncomfortable. Loved the double french doors and flowy curtains to my balcony. I slept with the doors open! The staff assisted me when needed but definitely noticed some short comings and lack of communication between the staff. The hotel is a quick block away from the beach and the hotel offers an umbrella and folding chairs, towels and water to take with you. It was in a very quiet, clean and relaxing part of the beach. I did not utilize the hotel restaurant or the bar during my stay so I cannot comment on that. I explored the pretty rooftop bar but it wasn't open for use. There is also no hotel pool. I did enjoy my stay as it was only one night and I would consider staying here again for the value and reasonable price point.

    Very good
    Would stay again !
The staff was amazing, quick with requests. I loved the beach chair/towel/umbrella concept. They also add a water! Its super close to the beach.
This isnt really the hotels fault (at least I dont think it is) but there was a women screaming at 2:30am then again at 4am. It was a bit scary. Also, the room phone doesnt tell you what to press to call front desk.
