Expectations were not met. We will not stay here again. AC Hotel will likely be where we go next time.

Location on the beach and mid beach on Collins.

Broken elevator with only one operating at one end of building was always crowded. We had lukewarm water in shower on New Years Evemade us late for dinner. The prices were way too high for what we received. We stayed our first night at AC Hotel across street and one block away and the staff there was greatgave us free Margarita on arrival and fruit skewersno such thing at The Palms. When you are spending twice as much at The Palms, one would expect more. Not so.

The hotel provides two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Staff were also available out there to take orders and deliver food and drinks which was great.

This is a great resort for families and also a great value for your money.

The location and the quality of the resort were both excellent. I truly felt that I was staying in a resort, removed from everyday life. The staff were excellent as well at every turn. Extremely clean and plenty of everything we needed.

The room is not what I would call spacious but it was still fine for our stay. I did like that the bathroom was divided between two rooms, so that if someone just needed the toilet they could go in there, and someone else could use the shower or sink.

The building itself, the decor, pool, grounds and access to the beach and boardwalk. Location and facilities all excellent. Food looked good but we didnt eat here during our short stay. Staff were great, especially concierge and door guys.

Great view from the sea facing rooms. Very friendly staff and clean. Not too big a hotel do felt cosy.

Very small double beds, not much bigger than a single meant for not a very good nights sleep with 2 people!
