Pleasant

Expectations were not met. We will not stay here again. AC Hotel will likely be where we go next time.

Location on the beach and mid beach on Collins.

Broken elevator with only one operating at one end of building was always crowded. We had lukewarm water in shower on New Years Evemade us late for dinner. The prices were way too high for what we received. We stayed our first night at AC Hotel across street and one block away and the staff there was greatgave us free Margarita on arrival and fruit skewersno such thing at The Palms. When you are spending twice as much at The Palms, one would expect more. Not so.

Superb

The hotel provides two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Staff were also available out there to take orders and deliver food and drinks which was great.
