Hello, I would like to leave my pleasant record of the stay in November 2023. This is the seventh time that I have stayed at the hotel, which is like my second home. Always clean, new, renewed, the menu is perfect! Special attention to Catalina's service, which is always impeccable, Maria Helena, Rose from the pool bar and all the other members who serve with great care, I'm certainly counting the days until I return soon! My sincere thanks!

It wasn't a good choice in terms of value for money
Most of the staff were friendly
The beds are very uncomfortable. Most days the cleaning was very poor. The air conditioning is set too cold.
