The house was perfect, exceptionally great. The photos really do not depict well enough how great it was. Very comfortable kitchen where we could comfortably cook everything. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans. Very comfortable bed, with A/C located in every room. A/C in the bedroom does not face the bed directly so it was possible to leave it running over night without getting a cold. There is also an A/C downstairs. Mosquito nets were present on every window. The location is perfect for visiting all cities too, very close to Pisa (25-30 mins) / Florence (~1 hour). Some beaches were very overcrowded, but nice free and the ones which we enjoyed the most are: pebble beach (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZKziiumE4fBnLWaU6), tirrenia beach ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/fZaK1RyffGbt4sQF7). You can even quite comfortably reach Cinque Terre from here by the car. The terrace is very lovely, it's cool in the morning (until 9:00am) there and already cool in the evening for dinners. You have a great view from the terrace too, Toskana fields, everything is green, very pleasant). We have visited in the middle of July and were completely satisfied. It's very quiet, you have full privacy. There was also plenty of towels, you definitely won't need any additional ones. The bathroom is large and comfortable. Parking space is comfortable up until medium sized vehicles. We have had small Lancia and it was perfect for parking there.
