Location is fantastic. Very close to station and shops. Staff were very helpful. Room big and comfortable.

Didnt eat at hotel

The rooms were dirty bathroom dirty kitchen was so dirty that my went over the road to the shops to buy cleaning products and then cleaned the rooms kitchen was that dirty someone had wrote there name on the cooker hood and you could read it perfectly so this room had never been cleaned we took photos to prove this

Good thing about the hotel was the location

Location was central to all amenities

Our room was on the Main Street and it was very noisy with traffic and people leaving the pubs until late .

Ok for a budget stay but would not book again, would spend slightly more for better facilities.

Walkable to sites and town

Hot and no way to control temperature. Rad off and windows secured so unable to ventilate. Room was adequate but tired. On main road and quite noisy at times Didnt eat there so cant comment on food. Staff were friendly but scarce.

Good location to explore Warwick,basic but comfortable.

Good check in free car parkinghad to wait for guest to leave as parking spaces are limited. Good size room. Comfortable beds Friendly staff Good location

Room was reasonably clean but carpet was very badly stained and looked very dirty. Curtains were very thin so let a lot of light in ! Shower pole was not very secure to the wall so if you tried to move the shower head it would all move about.also you could not tighten the shower head so it was not very comfortable to use the shower! The bath tap made a very strange loud noise that was disturbing when it first happened and we had to try to jiggle the tap about so that it would stopthe tap didnt turn off properly. The top of the tiles in the toilet are were thick with dust and needed a good wipe,also the floor in the bathroom in the corners was very grubby and dusty.
