    Great location in an ancient but well run and clean property. Wonderful breakfasts with a friendly and helpful staff/owners. The whole experience was indeed relaxing and pleasant.

    Nice place to stay.
    Great location for visiting Warwick and the castle. Wonderful old building. Pleasant hosts and good breakfast. Sleeping in a four poster bed was a bonus.

    Just perfect location right at the entrance to Warwick Castle. Rooms were gorgeous super friendly hosts. Lovely and clean. Amazing shower!

    Great place for a short trip and close to all amenities. Excellent hosts and lovely breakfast!
    Comfortable and cosy. Location is excellent for town centre. It was also immaculately clean. Great period features too.

    Very last-minute booking at Park Cottage, and once we arrived, we immediately wanted to stay longer. Immaculately clean. Lovely room and facilities and a comfortable bed. Lovely, friendly hosts who make you feel very at home. Breakfast was delicious. 10/10 stay. Sadly for us and not Janet and family, they are closed for Christmas, so we couldn't book a return visit purely because of timing. Otherwise, we would have. Thank you both. A lovely brief stay!

    Absolutely fantastic, we are looking forward to returning. Thank you again Janet!
    Everything! Janet gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and brought coffee up for us. Breakfast was delicious; there was a good range of choices, and nothing was too much trouble. Janet was very friendly, offering suggestions for places to eat and visit, the room was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    Homely and delightful, felt very welcome would come again.
    Loved the quirkiness of the property and how homely it felt. We felt welcome from the get go. Janet was lovely, the food was great.

    The friendliness and professionalism of Janet and Stuart made us feel very comfortable. The accommodation and location were super. We would happily stay here again.
    Just a minor point. The two pin bathroom shaver socket was not working.
