    Hotel was lovely with welcoming staff . Location was great, central but on a quieter side street.
    Breakfast was simple and plentiful. Some.background music would have been nice
    Everything was exceptional and we will definitely return and recommend to friends.

    Great location and staff, but not so comfy rooms given the restrictions of the historical property
    The location is perfect in the city centre. The staff was very nice and friendly, explaining you the history of the old building, where the hotel is placed. The old building of hotel is marvellous, so if you like to stay in historical properties that should be your choice.
    If you're coming for Valencia marathon (which was my case) maybe the hotel is not the best choice, as the bathroom was on another level and it was quite a problem to step down there after the run :) The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the overall hotel level.

    A very good option to stay in Valencia
    Breakfast was on time, location was kept clean and as it is small, it was cozy. The Concierge was phenomenal, all of them, always worried to provide you the best information and attention.
    Not on the Hotels fault, but Google Maps places the hotel at the wrong side of the street. I was distracted, looking just at one side and missed the entrance several times. As the Hotels entrance is also very discreet, it took some time to find it :-)

    The worst room we've ever stayed in: unbereable, unhealthy odor. It was impossible to sleep well, due to this and also to the constant noises from reception, from stairs, from the breakfast room,...Breakfast was not the one to be expected at a hotel of this category. I cannot understand why it's considered a 4-star hotel when the only aspect to be recommended is the reception service. Why is this hotel included in Booking? I think you should reconsider it as it only makes us question your choices.
