    Clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast
    The bed was worn, two significant dents on each side where people sleep. The mattress needed replacing, it wasn't that comfortable.

    Great and affordable business hotel in Parma
    Clean, well located off the highway. Nice showers. Decent breakfast.
    Rooms close to each other so you can hear others coming and leaving easily.

    Easy to access it, free parking area. Breakfast selection was good.
    The reception was poor. We heard furniture moving noises until late evening and also early morning, although we had our room on the 4th floor. The service on the breakfast was slow we were kind of in the hurry, 10-15min we didnt get coffee.

    Staff was very friendly especially at the bouffet and the bar. Brilliant coffee at the morning bouffet. Good location close to highway. Parking.
    We requested two single beds and we received one double bed. The room was very hot even if we turned off the heat.

    Great few days in Parma and to cap it all Ulster won.
    check in and out , staff very helpful and polite. Parking was great. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choice,
    we both received a number of bites probably bed bugs. The bar area in the foyer wasn't a great idea and never seemed to be open.

    Fine for a night
    Paid for an upgrade so had a big room and bathroom, big bed, good shower. Lots of choice at breakfast.
    Bed was very hard. Not ideal location. Walls full of scuff marks - could do with repainting. Walls also very thin and could hear all our neighbours moving around or using their bathrooms.

    check in was smooth, place has parking and is conveniently located. Staff is friendly and helpful.
    Room was not very clean. Equipment has seen better days. Electrical switchboard in the room humming continuously. Had to catch and terminate a couple of stinkbugs. Worse part of the stay was that in the early morning the cleaning crew set up station right outside my room making a lot of noise as they went back and forth to their cart and this went on for hours.

    The only good thing is that they have a big parking.
    Dont be fooled by the name, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Everything was disappointing, but gladly we only stayed there one night. The overall cleanliness was poor and everything seemed dated. There were big stains on the tiles , only one set of towels left out even though the reservation was for 2, very small room with only one night stand and plug. At the check out we were requested to pay a city tax of 7. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
