    Very stylish and romantic hotel, beautiful large room (triple) and bathroom, coffee and tea facilities in the room, large space for luggage and everything (even for yoga exercises), room as on the pictures. Very comfortable and large bed,
    Everything was OK, if I have to say something, the coffee at breakfast could be better

    Bathroom extremely noisy. No soundproofing at all. Restaurant unbelievably low quality. Huge disappointment. Better off having street food.

    Luxurious stay in Parma!
    The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A luxurious hotel, which is beautiful decorated. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and have a large, lovely comfortable bed. The stately marble bathroom was also immaculately cleaned everyday. The breakfast and dinner was superb.

    Convenient location in Parma. Close to a nice cafeteria for breakfast and in front of a supermarket. Good for short stays.
    Unfriendly staff at the reception. Lack of clarity on prices for 4 year old children and the staff makes you feel guilty for their lack of clarity.

    It is a good hotel but some things are so old!
    Big room and very comfortable bed. Clean room. Friendly and kind staff.
    The bathroom was very old. Is not comfortable to take a shower. the shower is very close to the wall and the tub is in the way.
