Will never stay again.

Great staff

Very small rooms and the size of the hotel was also minimal. Uncomfortable beds and pillows, very different size than the photos shown on the website. We have obligated to pay additional city tax during the check out since we have paid a city tax to booking.com during the check in! Is there are rule for taking two taxes? In check in and in check out?

I was subjected to a scam by the hotel that I booked through your website. When I arrived at the hotel in Paris, they asked me for a security deposit and when I left, they would recover the amount, which amounted to 200 euros. Now I was surprised that an additional 200 euros were deducted in addition to the amount reserved with them and it was not returned. For me...I want to investigate the matter, especially since I booked the hotel from you

Good place for my needs, not sure I would return.

Very good location for my needs in Paris; my congress venue was within walking distance.

My room smelled like a wet dog does tomorrow, and my bed felt a little bit like a bathtub. Room was okay but the entire hotel seems to start look like its outdated.
