Superb

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem booking and had ended up booking our stay across 2 bookings but they easily linked them and made sure we didnt have to move rooms. The rooms were clean and lovely decorated, very warm and cosy. We had the continental breakfast which was perfect for a morning skiing.

Nothing I didnt like about the property, it was a reaooy enjoyable stay

Valleria and her mother were the most charming hosts and all of our special needs were satisfied.

It was all very pleasant thank you. It would have been good if we had been shown how the sauna worked - a simple demonstration would have sufficed.

Amazing hotel to stay in Les Gets!

Great hotel, we had such a great holiday! Perfect location just in the town of Les Gets next to some great restaurants and bars. The hotel has great decor and the staff couldnt do enough for us, in particular Pete and Valeriia. Very comfortable, clean and stylish rooms. Can also definitely recommend the full breakfast in the mornings!

Superb

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hospitality was warm with a personal touch which only comes with smaller/family run hotels. Hotel entrance and lobby thoughtfully laid out for relaxing and having a drink. Beautiful alpine chalet decor in the rooms. Top of the range sanitary and brass wear in the bathroom. Clean and well kept throughout.

Disappointing

Room did not look as advertised, would not stay again.

Location is good, central for summer activities, thats all thats good to say.

Not given the room shown on booking.com, the room given (20) looked much smaller and had no balcony than the deluxe room booked. We were told we couldn't move that day and it would be possible the next day after 3pm. Turned up at 4.20 and informed all rooms were gone and nothing could be done, we should have been there at between 2-3pm to move. Couldn't be bothered to argue after that. We told them the reason we booked was due to traveling with a young child and the balcony was important as it gave us space to let him sleep in the evening, didn't seem to care. Its a shame, the hotel seemed nice but it was totally spoilt by being given what we felt was not the room advertised or booked. Hotel has been reported to booking.com for falsely advertising rooms. Also Aircon leaked, bath plug was broken and bathroom door handle was broken. Really quite disappointing.
