High hopes, very disapointing. Has potential to be nice villa, obviously rushed to get rented when it wasnt ready.

The size was good. Place was nice.

Not ready to rent. Didnt get what paid for. NOT ALLOWED TO FLUSH TP?? Have to bag up toilet paper like in 3rd world country. No shoes etc is house with no carpet and dirty floors. Rented partially because had hot tub, but not useable even after mgr said would get someone over to get it ready and never did. Didnt have keys and broken lock, had to call mgr to come at night to lock up and leave key. Kept getting check in pushed back due to painting and trying to get ready at last minute. Still not finished and paint splatters everywhere. Pd $3200 for weekend and couldnt even enjoy amenities etc.,

Beautiful family stay at Cheerful Villa Venice LA

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4 bedroom villa in Venice Beach/ Marina Area and I have to say, it was one of the best travel experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded my expectations. First of all, the location couldn't be more perfect. Situated just steps from the beach and the iconic Venice boardwalk, the villa offers easy access to some of the area's top attractions, including the Santa Monica Pier, Abbot Kinney Boulevard, and the Venice Canals. Inside, the villa is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with high-end furnishings and luxurious touches throughout. Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully appointed and features its own ensuite bathroom, plenty of space and privacy for larger groups or families. The outdoor space is incredible with its minimalistic garden and a jacuzzi to relax. The property manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that every need was met and every detail was taken care of. Overall, I cannot recommend this 4 bedroom villa in Venice Beach Marina Del Rey highly enough. Whether you're traveling with friends, family, or on your own, this property is the perfect base from which to explore all that this incredible area has to offer. Book now and prepare to be wowed!"
