    This Hollywood Art Gallery House offers a huge assortment of artwork for rent, and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The building has a cool, prison-like look. While some reviewers find the a (Read More)rtwork to be nothing special, they appreciate the friendly staff and large selection. The place is praised for its efficient rental process and great service. It is considered the best prop rental house in the film industry. However, it is unclear if the gallery is open to the public. Overall, the people working there are described as great.

    The location is very good and the house is spacious.
    First we did not get the house we booked due to some personal issues of the previous guests who could not vacate the house. The house we got was given to us as "an upgrade". The landlord provided us with the wrong code to access the house so it got a little stressful late at night but finally got solved. The house had absolutely no views of LA. The interior was unfortunately quite run down lacking maintenance. Toilet paper holders had been ripped off the wall and not replaced and the same for towel racks/ hangers, a number of bulbs were burnt, mosquito nets were either half hanging outside the windows or had just fallen. Walls and doors were heavily stained. We got 1 only towel per person, no floor mats nor floor towels in the bathrooms either. In conclusion the house does look like the one in the pictures but 5 years down the line with no maintenance and honestly rather cheap furniture. "Good from far but far from good". Finally, the house faces another similar house just a few meters away and the guests to that property were on serious drugs and spent the whole night until 5 am screaming and partying in the courtyard. All this would not have happened if we stayed in a hotel where you can call the management. So I'm afraid I would not recommend this property unless it undergoes serious maintenance.

    Clean house with comfortable beds but untidy neighbors who share the yard
    Clean house, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen
    Only 1 small sofa in living area. Neighbors smoke marijuana all day and the smell enters the house plus they dont pickup after their dog and dog poop is all over the back yard.

    Nice Villa, Great Location
    Location was great as the main attractions were just 20-30 mins driving. The villa has a nice parking and was very easy to access the property (door code) Villa is very spacious, clean with nice interior design. Nice big smart TV and comfortable couch to chill on. Comfortable bed. Big kitchen with nice coffe machine 2-3 nice shower. Good internet.
