Great breakfast , great position and quite and clean place to sleep

The area nearby has some strays that live there, that barked at us the first night and scared us for a moment, but everything gone well.

Great staff, delicious food and a great experience overall!

Its a very comfy and quiet place to relax and enjoy your holidays, definitely worth the money!

The surroundings were not the best, but overall very good location. Near to all important places in the city, you can walk everywhere.

Fantastic stay!

Amazing, spacious room with a huge bathroom. Cleaned everyday and very friendly staff. Great location to walk into Chiang Rai. Also had Netflix on the TV! Recommend to stay here!

+ Breakfast was great! + Friendly service from the staff. + Tidy room + Fresh towels and toiletries everyday + Huge room, so spacious!

- If anyone is smoking on the terrace, you will smell it from your room. - They don't accept card so you will have to have cash!

Over priced Deluxe rooms are in the car park. There is no garden view unless u walk out ur front door and walk into the car park. Terrible owner. Awful location Noisey all day from building work. The one window u have is useless as it's backed up against a brick wall with fake grass stuck to it. Let's in no light feel like a cave. I was told that I should have looked at the pictures closer.... it's written in tex that it's a garden view. It's in the car park. Not sound prof so u can hear all the traffic. Run down and terrible facilities for the price. Ages away from anywhere and nothing around. You can get much better for cheaper elsewhere

I liked the WiFi connection and the room size and the parking lot. It has a fridge with water and coffee bags Breakfast was enough....not that wonderful but ok. I read opinions that breakfast was superb...I guess they are low standard people. The breakfast is simple but enough
