    The perfect place to stay while in Strasbourg
    Everything was amazing, but what was beyond surprising was the approach of the staff they were really friendly and ready to help no matter what.
    The only thing thats not so good is the approximity to the city center, but despite that it is connected pretty well with trams and buses.

    Pretty location in a park and fairly easy to get into town if you have a car to park at the nearby tram stop.
    Our rooms in the annex were not very nicevery dated furnishingsnot sure how the rooms in the main house are.

    Bed was a little uncomfortable and didnt stay in the actual Chateau. The location is a little out of the way.

    The outside of the building is amazing, getting to walk through the inside was just as spectacular ! The staff were so friendly and so helpful. They had mulled wine, juice and a cookie treat on arrival easy parking, beautiful grounds all around for for a princess

    The massive comfy bed gave us a great nights sleep after a long day at the chrismtas markets! Highly recommend this plac
    Stunning grounds and building inside and out. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had our dog and they are very dog friendly! Great grounds for dogs to get exercise.

    The building and location
    1. They requested payment immediately upon arrival 2. One plastic bottle of water in room for two people. When we asked for another, they informed us to use bottle in mini bar for 2.50 3. Cleaning staff knocked on door twice to clean room early morning (8am) despite checkout at 11am 4. This is not a deal breaker but no bed cover. Looked like a hostel. 5. The electricity ports had been changed to make sure you couldnt charge any device or use a hair dryer etc. All the above point to a property in desperate need to save money. The property itself is amazing and its a shame that the owners cannot run it properly.
