    Great stay with great location.
    We had a great time visiting the Christmas Markets. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Restaurant and coffee downstairs. Very close to the tram station that took us to town centre. Secure underground carpark although its not free. Perfect for a few days to explore Strasbourg

    There is a tram station in front of the hotel. Line D will take you the city center.
    Rooms are so small. It is hard to move around. Breakfast wasn't good and finding an empty table was hard.

    Everything for stolen your value goods in this hotel

    I have been travelling for 2 weeks for business and only in this hotel (my final accommodation in Strasbourg, 22-25.11.2023) was stolen money. USA$ were stolen from my wallet which was in a closed suitcase. So someone came to the room and rummaged through my things. No safe in the room, no camera for video control in the hotels hallways. Everything for stolen your value goods. So be careful in this hotel. Im travelling a lot, and its a first so negative experience. So my last time in Ibis hotel ever

    Good value for money. Easy access to the hotel.
    Parking on the street in front of hotel was free of charge. Hotel bar is working 0-24h.
    Smell from the kitchen in the evening was quite strong and unpleasant.

    Breakfast was good and you have pretty much options to eat. The position of the hotel is excellent, right in front of the tram station. In 15-20 minutes you will be in the city center.
    The room was cold, we tried to open the heating system but one night wasnt enough time to heat the room. Also my room had a wall in front of the window, so no view. No fridge in the room.

    the room was ok, but a little bit too tight, the breakfast was ok, too.
    The pariking garage wasn't that nice (many pillars) and in the lift there was a bad smell.
