    Do not recommend it.
    The location is great, beds and shower - really comfortable.
    We found the room not cleaned after the previous visitors. The reception could not tell when it would be cleaned. They suggested to wait or go somewhere and come back later! So we could not even change clothes after the long drive. We were not offered any compensation or even a glass of wine as an apology. Then too, there werd two men sleeping in the bar area. And seeing soviet symbols was icing on the cake

    Everything was perfect. Location is great very close to train station and also touristic places, centre Place Kleber. Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely helpful. There is nice bar in the ground floor of hotel where we had drinks after long sightseeing of Strasbourg. We loved our stay here. Thanks

    Good location and good value for 3 star hotel.
    Located close to train. 10-15min walk to central old town and Christmas markets. Paid for breakfast as well which was a generous buffet. Staff accommodating and helpful. We were able to store our bags on first day as we arrived early.
    Was noisy in evenings as our room was above the bar. Not raucous noise but could still hear chatter until late. We couldve had a room on the 5th floor early but the lift only goes to the third. The stairs were steep. Im glad we didnt choose to navigate the upper floors with our suitcases given the steep stairs.
