    Very nice guest house in lovely surroundings. Small Beds.
    Church Farm Guest House is in a great location. Very quit. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is fabulous. The rooms are clean and very warm.
    I book a kingsize room, thinking the bed would be bigger than wehn my husband stayed in a double back in November. It was the same room. The bed was a 4ft 6 as we measured it. Not big enough. so not a good night sleep for either of us. Maybe the listing should state that the room is kingsize but not the bed.

    Stayed for four nights and would definitely visit again and recommend
    Property was clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful . Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and kitchen area in room. Very good breakfast

    A lovely guest house with friendly hosts & staff. Great breakfast too.
    Clean & spacious room. Breakfast was excellent. Hosts accommodated our request for early check in, due to attending a funeral nearby, so we were able to get changed after travelling before going to the funeral. The hosts & staff were friendly & helpful. Lovely gardens behind the guest house & plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again in future if visiting the area.

    Super friendly staff, lovely breakfast for a good price.
    Wonderfully friendly staff, excellent breakfast, super clean and comfortable.
    I had read a couple of previous reviews which mentioned the light seeping in from the car park at night. I assumed that this issue would have been dealt with as the reviews were some time ago. However, if you are in a room next to the car park it is not possible to get the room dark enough to sleep properly. It seems extraordinary that this is still the case when there have been previous complaints. I cannot understand why they dont fit a motion sensor light so at least its not on all the time. Alternatively, fitting black out curtains would be helpful. Also a previous review mentioned the overpowering smell of the sheets. I also felt that the smell was rather too strong although the rooms are beautifully clean.

    Fabulous .
    The staff were so friendly and welcoming . The room was spotless . The breakfast was delicious , and served with plenty of toast and choices of hot food and cold buffet . We would thoroughly recommend this stay .
