Really enjoyed it would 100% stay again.

A beautiful cottage in a magnificent place. Very roomy and things to do around the area.

there was a water leak in the lounge and kitchen/dinner which wasnt nice to experience. Also the upstairs toilet sink was stained and very dirty. Was also very cold even with heating on.

Comfy, homely cottage in a beautiful location

Beautiful location and only a 10 minute drive from the seafront. One of a group of holiday cottages on a farm down a little lane. Plenty of parking and outside space. The kitchen was well equipped and the heating was efficient

The cottage is a little tired but nothing that cant easily be updated. We didnt see the hosts but they left detailed instructions on what they wanted us to do when we left.

Enjoyable, relaxing & cosy

Warm & cosy. Location very rural however close to Sidmouth. Private and well equipped. Clean and comfortable.

Only comment here was that there was no welcome, all our party thought it would have been nice to have met the owner, a hi hope you enjoy your stay, any questions you can find us ..

Lovely cottage in great location

The number of bedrooms and types of beds (4 singles 1 king) were exactly what I needed being a single mum with 2 boys and travelling with grandparents. The upside-down layout of the property worked well.

It did feel a bit damp downstairs and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. Very tight turning to get in and out of property and parking area could do with some maintenance. Some of the play equipment could be cleaned.
