Great location

There was a loud noise going off intermittently the whole time we were there. It sounded like it was coming from the air conditioning unit. Me nor my partner hardly slept as it was constantly going off. When we checked out there was no staff to complain.

Delightful visit to a very friendly city

Very quaint and centrally located.

Only our unfamiliarity with English customs. Our check in and breakfast booking wasnt clear what we were paying for.

Very good

Clean and lovely decorations. Staff were lovely and rooms had amazing facilities. Very cosy and festive

Rooms were quite hot and one room didnt have any hanging space for dresses or coats.

Great stylish place to stay and great location!

Nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. Good mini bar and snack facilities if you wanted them. Clean. Comfortable.

Only one real issue - We had to turn the shower off a few times as the water didnt drain away quick enough.

Great for a night in Exeter to pick up son from Uni

Quirky with lots of character and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom needed a spruce up in shower mould around grouting and the shower door seal needs changing as dirty. Quite noisy in bedroom 1 .

Exceptional

The room was huge and filled with sewing and sheep decor. Its like it knew my wife! Breakfast was also amazing and really good value for money, particularly the bacon. We also liked how close it was to town and the fact we could have a drink in the cosy bar when we got back
