    Only problem we had was the bath plug wasn't working, so we couldn't use the bath. No DSTV movie channels on TV.

    It is a very terrible place.
    The cleaners assessed my room with a do not disturb sign and after I told them not to clean my room. I complained to the hotel.

    City Lodge must be the only hotel chain with no plugs at the bed side.
    Rooms were not ready on time. If you can't have the rooms ready for check in at 2pm. Then don't advertise that as the check in time! Ice machine wasn't working.

    Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and facilities was good enough for the stay
    No mention of drinkable water on arrival this would have made my arrival evening better if I had know Water out of the bathroom is not clean and clear so looks like its filter this needs to be mentioned to guest

    Friendly staff and good value.
    One side was quite noisy due to traffic from busy road. The next day, helpful staff moved us across to the quieter side for good nights sleep. Water pressure issues, due to apparent local municipal works, caused bathroom issues for two mornings.

    Value for money...cheap and you get the bare minimum
    Location was very central. Close to lanseria airport. Shower and bath in bathroom
    No phone in room. Had to call front desk using cellphone and search for the number. Noone told us when we checked in. No bar fridge in room. Room service isn't 24hrs. Bathroom is dated.
