Disappointing

Overrated place at city centre of Bedford

1. Location 2. Was also quite safe and very close to supermarket and city centre.

1. The bathrooms didn't drain very well. 2. Key collection was a nightmare and eventually when I found the key I didn't have the keyfob which was mentioned in the instruction and without which I couldn't get inside. I called the emergency number and someone said we will arrange an emergency key delivery for you. That key never came for the entire week I stayed at this place. I only got in and out since there was this security code. 3. The utensils were all so dirty and filled with scales that I had to wash them twice over in the dishwasher before use. 4. Very expensive and overrated place in total but there is not much quality places in Bedford that you are forced to take it.

Very good

Pleasant stay!

The apartment is amazing; spacious and tidy. Its also in a very strategic place, close to all amenities. The beds are super comfortable and the shower had a very powerful stream of water.

The flat was hot! Tried to sort out the temperature with the thermostat and even at the lowest level the apartment felt on fire. I think the whole structure is very warm because the corridors felt like a sauna. To be honest it wasnt a huge deal. Secondary we had some issues with the keys collection. The box wasnt opening after many tries, until a guy that works around told us to be patient, and keep trying as the boxes are slightly moody. There wasnt anyone at the reception either. Not sure if there went to be. Either way it was a pleasant stay and the issues were not major at all.
