Rooms were good

No explicit call in the portal that the room is Non AC. But the Hotel team said for AC, I need to pay more. Even though the resort is occupied only by us till the time we departed, the Hotel did not gave room on ground floor.

Overall good place.

The location is excellent. They have grown trees and plants. Continuous breeze. Room size, Balcony availability is excellent.

Geyser installed, but not working. Bed quality is not good. No cupboards, only tables. They can improve on this.
