The property didn't provide Bathroom Towels. I enquired twice to provide it. They said ok but didn't do it. It is total irresponsible behavior of the property. I won't be visiting to the property in future

The stay was very good and the location was too good, walkable distance to main fall. The swimming pool was clean . Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Location and facility are good. But shortage of staff, behaviour of Some people made it ordinary.

Property located in prime location. Facilities are good. But service not satisfied due to lack of manpower. They could not provide the service asked by the guest after all a laundry bag. Breakfast fast was bad experience.as people were struggling for vada, coffee, almost all items. Totally no estimation of food required for the guests stayed.

Behaviour of reception staff. Food shortage in break fast. Nobody is there to attend house keeping call.

Generally satisfactory!

Breakfast was good - They were constantly running short of Medu Vadas! The stink of cattle shed close by was a sore point. The staff appeared untrained. They missed out something or the other in every room. If it was towel in one room it was soap in another, or glass/cup in yet another! However, on request the issue was rectified!

The cattle shed close by was an irritant. Wi Fi was not functional. Check in was very slow. The youngster at the reception appeared very slow on the uptake. The elderly person was a lot smarter.
