Very poor

Located in old munnar and hence shop & other facilities around would be much hassle-free..But the purpose of visiting is to spend leisure time comfortably and hence this is not at all suitable for someone who wants to spend their holidays in Munnar.

The hotel as well as booking.com claims this property as a resort with 4 star facilities. But in reality it is like a well maintained lodging facility. This is suitable only for those who just want a place to sleep. This is just a lodge facility and nothing more...Toilets were stenchy and not maintained well.

not as advertised bad smell from the toilet noisy at night should be re-rated to 3 star only had to change the hotel after staying one night due to the smell and also the bed wasnt too comfortable
