If we didnt had those above mentioned maintenance issues, all was good..

Location was great, neat and clean, the playpen and highchair was really useful

There were a couple of issues that we went through and was informed to the management

There should be a sign indicating the location of each house. We arrived in darkness and no 8 was difficult to locate

Spacious accommodation in lovely area but needs work

Very spacious accommodation, ample parking, amazing views over the lake, lovely quiet rural location. A great base for exploring Connemara and Mayo.

Really needs a bit of an overhaul - we rented two houses and had several issues with both. No microwave, oven didn't work properly (no control markings, and no actual shelves to put oven trays on - we had to 'borrow' one of the shelves from other house meaning cooking was a real chore... and very slow!) Dishwasher didn't work as the door was completely warped so wouldn't close. Main bathroom shared between 2 rooms (triple and double) only had bath with mixed tap and shower head but no actual fixtures for shower head - only proper shower to wash hair was in ensuite so us ladies all had to share that...not ideal for guests in that bedroom! No WiFi. Most of us couldn't connect and we think it was due to other guests on our WiFi and too many people essentially. TV only two channels worked. Zero communication - never met anyone in the 4 days we were there and no replies to my messages sent via various platforms. I even waited ages before writing this review to give them a chance to respond to me but nothing. I hate giving negative reviews but unfortunately this accommodation was disappointing. Sorry to say we won't be returning.
