This property checked off a lot of boxesspacious, excellent location, nice pool and clean except for the musty smell

The location is great!!! Close to recreation, beach and shopping!!!

Second bedroom window faced the lights on the pool and room could not be darkened. Carpet smelled musty.

We love the property and 2 bedroom unit. The pool is great and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. I gave recommended to friends and family!

Loved our stay, just wish we had better weather!

We love Club Lux. This is our second year staying here. The 2 bedroom unit is perfect for our family. It offers us a kitchen so we can make food for the kids.

The king bed in our unit was uncomfortable this year. It had a big lump on the side I was slept on. Probably needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately some guys didnt consider the pool rules and spend the whole night there with talking and laughing. No chance not to get disturbed as all rooms face to the pool

Even bad at Florida standards!

It wasnt actively on fire.

This is a motel in the middle of a resedential street. The office is a small musty room full of people with no human quality. I had just gotten out of the hospital for lung issues and needed a clean air staycation and sure enough there were people walking in and out of their musty rooms, cigarette in hamd. The rooms have old dirty carpets within feet of the dirty swimming pool. I explained my situation to front desk and I didnt have a cancellation policy because I booked from a hospital bed and needed to get a place that didnt allow pets which is almost impossible in Florida. Not sure why you would want to travel with dogs but thats a whole diff thing. I told front desk about my situation and that the rooms have a heavy musty odor and people are smoking in and out of the rooms everywhere and I cant stay here. No! There is no refund on your room. Yes I understand I dont have a cancellation policy but do you have any compassion or human qualities? Maybe first night is my fault. Can we compromise and refund me my second night and you can have the room open to get booked again? No we cant.And there areno other rooms like that to switch, buttou can upgrade sir. You want to charge memore money for a different horror show of a room? Yes it will be $40 more! i was speechless at the lack of quality in both amenities and service at this dump. If you like cheap dirty motels with musty old rooms that look like funeral services can be done right in your room then this is the place for you. Ill admit I did get faked out by the nice pictures and all the fake reviews. I never stayed and lost my money.Trash hotel , trash people.Do not stay here.
