    Way more positive then negative. Staff was excellent, good price.
    Location, 1 block from beach, near Deerfield pier.
    Noise, being near road traffic factor. Plus room bright lights at night.

    Small and cramped room, partially renovated but with many defects, hair on the towels, no sound insulation whatsoever, the amenities are very poor.

    The location is great. It's in 2 minutes from the nice beach with white sand. It's not crowded but with the lifeguard.
