    A brilliant way to spend a weekend in Devon.
    Breakfast was fantastic. The location just across the road from Dartmoor is excellent - you can go for a hike without needing to drive anywhere first. The hotel is cozy and quiet.

    There were many options for breakfast and I enjoyed a delicious piece of smoked hake in a very comfortable dining room with a beautiful view. The manor is comfortable and the lounge and the bar, for guests, is a bonus. The owners are delightful and helpful.

    Wonderful and relaxing
    The location is perfect, and the actual residence and setting is the nicest we have ever stayed at!
    Everything!!, bed was so comfortable, the managers, Jacks and his wife w were just lovely, defo going back!!

    A beautiful and calming break on our way west.
    Large and quiet bedroom in a historic building. Good breakfast. Close to our most convenient route from home (Bath) to the far end of Cornwall. Polite and friendly staff.
    The nearest restaurant/pub for evening meal was only a short walk away but down a dark (this was October) and busy road with no means of staying off the tarmac. Better to use the car.

    A lovely place, with lovely grounds and lovely people we could not wish for more - will return.
    The breakfast was excellent all very freshly cooked and everything you could wish for and more. The room was very comfy fresh and clean.
