Pleasant stay

The room was clean and somewhat cozy. The hotel was nice and clean and has an indoor pool. Theres available parking. Theres complimentary water with cups. And its nice to have complimentary breakfast.

There were a few unremovable spots on a lounge chair. The room was a bit too small for my personal taste. And the location was a bit too far from my intended destination.

Aside from the not so friendly staff, the stay was great.

Very clean room. Cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Loved the breakfast. And the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The front desk staff was not so pleasant, especially the one that checked us out. We checked out Sunday morning (December 17th) and the lady at the desk was not very pleasant to work with. Hardly acknowledged us and didnt bother to give us a friendly farewell or even a thank you. She seemed like she was either having a bad day or really hates her job. Either way, not a proper way to treat your customers with such attitude.

Flexible. I booked the wrong type of room an this was handled.

A bottle of water would be a nice touch in the room. Sofa was not clean or needs to be replaced.

Great secured location. Friendly front desk. The breakfast was ok but housekeeping needs improvement.

The front desk was friendly and knowledgeable.

The housekeeping did not attend my room. We stayed there for 3 nights. There were 2 housekeeping ladies on 3rd floor and both didnt understood English. We asked them for clean towels and they were rude and didnt give us any clean towels and told us that they were out of clean towels. I had to go get toilet paper from the front desk.

Clean, convenient, terrible bed

The room was clean. The location is convenient.

The bed was AWFUL. I slept in the chair for both nights of our stay. I was happy there was a large ottoman. I did inform management. I asked if there was anything that could be placed under the mattress to help firm it up. I have requested this at other facilities and was accommodated.

The staff who was there when we were checking in was very nice. The woman who was there when we checked out was not... She was very rude. Also, no one informed us until we got there to check in that there was a $200 deposit.
