Worst place I've ever stayed

Absolutely nothing!

All reviews are a lie. This place is an absolute dump. The front automatic door never worked. The place was under construction. The staff were on their phone while sitting behind the desk. One staff person had bolts in her mouth, face, etc. and the other had pink hair. Laundry room is in the front. 2nd floor is super loud. They serve gross breakfast in a hotel room. You can here cars drive by all night and day. Walls are paper thin. You can here loud TV noise, talking, partying, door slamming from every room. The guy next door snored so loud you can here it through the wall. Remote on TV never worked. Cox Internet is 1-2 MB upload and download. Filthy floors and elevator. I moved to 1st floor and the noise wasn't any better. Holes in the wall were cables go. Boogers on the faucet. Soap falls through shower shelf. Gross.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, staff friendly and very accommodating. Staff did all they could to work around renovation inconvenience. Evening staff got me bottled water. Would have been nice to have some in lobby.

Renovating lobby and breakfast areas, front door broken, strange eating in one of the bedrooms, lamps too low for reading, liked charging plug in each lamp.
