Terrible!

The water pressure in the sink.

Most all! Unprofessional rude staff. Not caring. Free breakfast is uneatable. Coach was ready to be thrown in the garbage! it was so dirty. We did not shower because the bathromm was so dirty and the shower had hairs. Overall a terrible stay.

Very clean and great location.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited selection and quantity. Quality of meal was very poor.

Comfortable stay

Lobby area is open and inviting. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was much better than the average. Staff were polite and helpful. Plan to stay there again.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS.

Lemon water in the lobby was good.

They have bed bugs; I slept under the covers fully clothed without socks and got bit on both ankles. My husband and kids slept on top of their covers and did not get bitten. The sofa in our room was filthy with dirt stains, stains on the wall, and stains on the carpet. Their breakfast will give you diabetes and one of the staff members at the front desk was extremely rude to my husband. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

There was so much noise all night and we called down to report it and nothing happened. We had a very important day the next day and had an hour sleep.

Didn't stay.

Booking.com never sent me a reminder email about my stay. Since I booked way back in March, I could not remember where I booked and with what booking site. This was my first and last time to use booking.com. You cost me $150 no show fee that I really couldn't afford to lose plus i had to pay for another stay elsewhere. A reminder email could have avoided this.

Have used this hotel many times. This time room was right off lobby, quieter than expected.

Could not find remote to TV. Let staff know when checking out, unfortunately did not discover until the morning of departure .
